Service Provider

Enriched Health Care is a provider of clinical services. We work with people in aged care, disabilities and corporate health. We require all service providers to have the following in place to come on site to our clinic or to perform work on our equipment. 

1. COVID 19 Safe Plan.

2. All staff to be fully vaccinated. 

3. Completed Infection prevention and control training.

4. Appropriate Licences

5. Up to date Police Check

6. Up to date working with children check. 

7. Ability to wear mask, eye protection and use hand hygiene

8. Completion of Enriched Health Care COVID screening and check in procedures  

9. Follow COVID 19 advice for COVID 19 or cold and flu symptoms.
