Enriched Health Care provides case management services to people with Brain Injuries, Spinal Cord Injuries and other complex conditions. As part of case management, we liaise with multiple suppliers who provide services to people's home residences, work and within the community. This includes carers, maintenance personnel, therapy providers, equipment suppliers and more.
To ensure the safety and well-being of the people we provide case management services for, we have implemented COVID 19 precautions for suppliers. Suppliers are NOT have any contact with people being case managed by Enriched Health Care if you as the supplier have any of the following:
1. Any flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose or shortness of breath
2. Travelled overseas or had any contact with anyone known to have COVID 19. Do not visit the person's residence for 14 days since last contact or since returning from overseas.
Some of Enriched Health Care participants we provide case management services for have decided to self-isolate and have cancelled or restricted some supplier's services. We are requesting all suppliers who are attending a person's home, work place, community or other locations to contact Enriched Health Care prior to your attendance to confirm the current status of the individual.
