Enriched Health Care is committed to continuous improvement and we appreciate all feedback. We value all of our participants and strive to provide allied health services that are high quality, person centred and outcome focused.
Enriched Health Care endeavours to resolve complaints in house where possible. Where complaints are not able to be resolved in house, they can be referred to the appropriate Commission.
The Health Care Complaints Commission acts to protect public health and safety by resolving, investigating and prosecuting complaints about health care.
The Commission receives and deals with complaints involving individual health practitioners, such as doctors, optometrists and acupuncturists, and health service organisations, such as hospitals. Complaints about health organisations involve different procedures from those made about individual health practitioners.
