How do I access and share my COVID-19 digital certificate with Enriched Health Care?

You can access a copy of your COVID-19 digital certificate through the Medicare app, by following these steps: 

1. Log in to the Medicare app on your phone
2. Select "Proof of vaccinations"
3. Select "View history"
4. Select "View COVID-19 digital certificate"
5. Select "share" on the top right corner of the screen <
6. Share by email to [e-mail]
