Enriched Health Care is a healthcare business, and we are committed to keeping our participants, team members and the community safe and well. We work with vulnerable people who have chronic diseases, respiratory diseases, are aged or have disabilities, and are subsequently at greater risk of more serious illness if they are exposed to or develop COVID-19, cold and flu, respiratory or gastrointestinal diseases.
Due to the broad nature and high risk of our work, multiple NSW Health COVID-19 directives apply to Enriched Health Care. These include, Residential Aged Care, and Home Care Services.
Enriched Health Care has implemented thorough and responsive work health and safety interventions, including COVID-19 infection prevention and control precautions. Our COVID-19 safety plan is designed based on directives from NSW Government Public Health Orders, NSW WorkCover Work Health and Safety and ICARE Work Health and Safety.
As a participant with Enriched Health Care, you will notice the following practices:
- COVID-19 questionnaires completed before attending face to face appointments to identify any symptoms or risks

Please be aware that you are unable to attend face to face appointments if any of the following applies to you:

These include fever 37.5ºC or higher, cough, scratchy or sore throat, shortness of breath (difficulty breathing), congested or runny nose, sneezing, loss of taste, loss of smell, fatigue, muscle pain, joint pain, headache, diarrhoea, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, other cold or flu like symptoms.

If you have identified COVID-19 symptoms, we will require you to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result prior to attending the clinic, or a face to face appointment. You also need to have been asymptomatic (no symptoms) for at least ^72 hours prior to attending a face to face appointment. This arrangement is in place as transmitting non COVID-19 cold and flu viruses into health care environments significantly impairs the capabilities of the essential health care workforce. Please present these plans to Enriched Health Care clinical team.
If you have been classified as a close contact or casual contact under the state government or state health directives you must follow this advice.
In a scenario where Enriched Health Care's advice precludes you from attending the clinic, even if state health advice confirms you can attend, Enriched Health Care's advice and procedures will still apply.
Where you are unable to attend the clinic due to the current COVID 19 pandemic and Infection Prevention and Control measures Enriched Health Care will provide modern telehealth interventions to ensure continuity of care.
