Telehealth and Online Exercises program at Enriched Health Care. How do I access these?

At Enriched Health Care Gait and Motion Clinic we pride ourselves in offering our participants the latest technologies to help you achieve your outcomes. To create your tailored exercise programs we use a modern program called PhysiTrack. PhysiTrack provides secure telehealth capacity combined with online exercise prescription.  Exercise programs include crystal-clear, narrated exercise videos. Physitrack provides a participant app called "PhysiApp" is completely free to download from the App store and Google Play store or can be accessed via your browser. Built-in reminders help you to stay on track towards a better you! We are proud to be using PhysiApp for your exercise program, to track your progress and to communicate with you via built-in video call and messaging features.

Step 1: Download PhysiApp from the App Store or Google Play (free) or go to www.physiapp.com on your computer.

Step 2: You will receive a program code via email or SMS.

Step 3: Select login then enter your program code and date of birth in PhysiApp to get started.
