The participant or referrer is responsible for providing, to Enriched Health Care, a minimum two (2) clear business days' notice for cancellation.
Where a participant fails to present for therapy or other scheduled services, Enriched Health Care will charge a cancellation fee, equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee.
NDIS Participants
For short cancellations (or no shows), Enriched Health Care will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee, as per the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. A short cancellation (or no show) applies when:
- The participant does not show up for a scheduled support within a reasonable time, or is not
present at the agreed place and within a reasonable time when the provider is travelling to deliver the support - The participant has given less than two (2) clear business days’ notice to cancel a support
NSW Workers Compensation, Department of Veterans' Affairs, Aged Care, Corporate, Medicare, Private Participants
Where a participant or referrer has failed to provide two (2) clear business days’ notice, a cancellation fee will be charge, equivalent to 100% of the appointment fee.
For all participants where Enriched Health Care is legally able to charge a cancellation fee to a third party, Enriched Health Care will charge the cancellation fee to that third party.
For corporate referral cancellations, additional scheduling and rescheduling fees apply.
