1. Work Health and Safety
We are a COVID Safe business and committed to keeping our participants, team members and the community safe and well. We work with vulnerable people - such as Aged Care, chronic diseases, respiratory diseases - who are at greater risk of more serious illness with COVID-19.
Please be aware that, due to COVID-19 precautions Enriched Health Care has implemented, you CANNOT attend face to face appointments if you have any of the following symptoms:
- fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or higher)
- cough
- sore throat
- shortness of breath (difficulty breathing)
- runny nose
- loss of taste
- loss of smell
- fatigue
- acute blocked nosed (congestion)
- muscle pain
- joint pain
- headache
- diarrhoea
- nausea/vomiting
- loss of appetite
- other flu symptoms
Please inform Enriched Health Care if you have any of these symptoms or been exposed to anyone with these symptoms and we will reschedule your appointment or convert to telehealth.
Please note: Attending appointments with these symptoms breaches NSW Work Health & Safety guidelines and risks the health & safety of other participants and team members. We appreciate your understanding.
Due to Work Health & Safety considerations, please do not bring other people (for example children, family, friends) to your pre-employment appointments. If you require the assistance of an advocate during your assessments, please inform Enriched Health Care prior to your appointment to arrange for appropriate work health safety screenings.

3. Please complete an online ‘Prescreening Questionnaire’ at https://enrichedhealthcare.com/pre-employment-questionnaire/ prior to your appointment.
4. Please complete a Drug and Alcohol pre-test consent form: https://enrichedhealthcare.com/pre-employment-drug-alcohol-screening-consent/
5. Your pre-employment screening with Enriched Health Care may include the following:

- Physiological Assessments: Blood pressure, heart rate
- Physical Assessments; Range of motion, special musculoskeletal assessments
- Cardiovascular Assessments: 3 min step test or sub max aerobic assessments
- Strength Assessments with a Grip Dynamometer
- Functional Strength Assessments including lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling.
- Lung Function Tests including Spirometry
- Vision tests including near and distance vision and colour blind test (Ishihara)
- Instant Drug And Alcohol Screening
- Laboratory Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Urinalysis
- Specific pathology tests as referred, including but not limited to Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Blood Lead Levels, Blood Glucose Levels
- Audio: Occupational hearing assessments.

10. Medical considerations for pre-employment assessments:

- You may be required to complete some of your assessments at pathology. For additional information, please click on the following link http://www.laverty.com.au/IamaPatient/PatientCollectionServices/PreparingForYourTest.aspx
- If you have a cardiovascular condition, musculoskeletal injury or other health conditions you may be required to see your GP prior to completing all of the assessments. High Blood Pressure over 160/90 mmHg will require referral back to your GP for management prior to completion of assessments.
- If you are Diabetic (Either Type I or Type II) you will be required to bring your blood glucose monitor in and test your blood glucose levels prior and after assessments.
- Please ensure you bring a list of all your current medications along to your appointment. For participants completing drug & alcohol testing, please ensure that you answer all pre employment questions regarding your medications accurately before commencing your assessment.
